We are certain that our sit down lunches will make your mouth water with Chef Cruz's smoked ribs, briskets, marinated chicken and "The Best" fried quail in East Texas; perfect to eat right after your hunt. From our two-acre garden, we harvest vegetables that are used without additives or preservatives. In addition to the vegetables, we have a green house that we harvest and grow our own herbs each season. Your grand experience will not be complete without a fully belly of "Cruz Food"!

About Chef Cruz Minjarez


 Our famous Chef Minjarez has been in the food industry since he was a teenager. Never formally trained, he has completely mastered the art of combining flavors by working with Chefs of many background and specialties. Chef Minjarez loves to give people familiar flavors with Italian and French influences and Southern Comfort food, a little blend of everything. His dinners feature beef tenderloin, salmon, halibut, ribeye, smoked brisket and quail. He serves fresh vegetables and fruits grown in a two-acre garden and orchard on the property. He prepares everything from scratch.
