You will experience some of the best 5 course dinners and down home country lunches. With his personal touch and presentation on all of his dishes, our chef is sure to knock your socks off with his impeccable meals. For dinner, you will experience diverse cuisines that range from New Zealand Red Stag to fresh Alaskan Halibut. We are certain that our sit down lunches will make your mouth water with our smoked ribs, briskets, marinated chicken and "The Best" fried quail in East Texas.
